Print Haven provides photo and art printing services, including file preflight, size and paper consultation, test print review, and production of approved printed work. Any service scope depends on the files submitted, the materials confirmed as available, and the details agreed for the relevant order.
Prices are determined by print size, paper, and quantity, and any test print is billed separately unless stated otherwise in writing. Payment methods may be limited to the options accepted at the time of order, and no order is binding until the required payment or approval steps are completed.
We may review submitted files for basic technical issues within the agreed preflight scope, but we do not verify spelling, names, dates, legal wording, or factual accuracy unless expressly agreed in writing. Production may be declined or paused if files, materials, quantities, or studio capacity are not suitable or cannot be confirmed.
All artwork, images, fonts, trademarks, and other content supplied by the customer remain the customer's responsibility, and the customer must hold the rights needed for the requested printing. To the extent permitted by law, Print Haven is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for differences between screens, previous prints, separate materials, or separate production batches. We do not guarantee exact color matching, specific material availability, or unconfirmed production timing.
